Our Beginning
Goverly was founded by Lucas Russell and his team, who recognized a critical gap in the government contracting landscape. With extensive experience in technology and business development, they witnessed firsthand how up to 90% of small and medium enterprises struggled to navigate the complex world of government contracting due to complexity, cost, confusion, and compliance issues.
